This Payment Policy explains how payments are handled for purchases made at Acinacea. Acinacea is operated by Hcieaxco INC. Please read this policy together with our Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Availability may depend on your location, currency, device, and the payment provider.
Please select an available payment method and review your order details before authorizing payment.
2. Prices, Currency, and Charges
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your selected market or checkout. Please confirm the payment currency and final total before completing your purchase.
Product charges, applicable discounts, shipping charges, and taxes collected by us are shown at checkout before payment.
Your bank or payment provider may apply additional currency conversion or international transaction fees. These charges are determined by that provider and are separate from the amount charged by Acinacea.
Any applicable import duties or taxes not collected at checkout are addressed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
3. Payment Authorization and Order Confirmation
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the charge shown at checkout.
An order is accepted when payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed. A pending bank authorization alone does not confirm that an order has been accepted.
If payment cannot be completed or verified, the order may remain unconfirmed or be cancelled. Please contact us if you see a charge but have not received an order confirmation.
4. Billing Information and Verification
Please provide accurate billing and contact information. Your bank or payment provider may require additional authentication to approve the transaction.
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of payment problems, suspected fraud, or inaccurate order information.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Failed Payments and Pending Charges
If your payment is declined, please check your billing details and contact your bank or payment provider for assistance. You may also select another payment method offered at checkout.
An unsuccessful or cancelled payment attempt may leave a temporary authorization on your account. This is not necessarily a completed charge. The time required to release an authorization depends on your bank or payment provider.
If you suspect a duplicate charge, please contact us with your order number, transaction date, and the amounts shown so we can investigate.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
To request a cancellation or change, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests are not confirmed until we notify you of the outcome, and changes may not be possible once order processing or shipment has begun.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once a refund has been processed by us, it may take approximately 7–12 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Payment Information
Payments are processed through the payment providers supporting the payment method selected at checkout. Their services may be subject to their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.
For your protection, please do not send full card numbers, card security codes, payment passwords, or one-time verification codes to us by email.
Acinacea does not require customers to provide sensitive payment credentials by email.
