4. Prices and Payment

Order processing time is separate from shipping or carrier transit time.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests may be made within 30 days after delivery, subject to the requirements in our Return & Refund Policy.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, tested, swatched, applied, or used cosmetic products are generally not eligible for a standard change-of-mind return.

Eligible change-of-mind products must generally remain unused, unopened, unapplied, and in their original condition and packaging.

Different rules apply where an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

Please contact us before sending any return so we can review eligibility and provide the appropriate instructions.

Our principal office or return warehouse address should not be treated as an automatic return address without prior authorization.

Nothing in our voluntary return policy or hygiene restrictions limits mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

Submitting a request does not mean that the order has been successfully changed or cancelled.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once processing has begun or after an order has been shipped.
